  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9-inch x 13-inch cake pan.
  • Combine chocolate cake mix, chocolate fudge pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool the cake in the pan for 30 minutes, then poke holes in the top with a wooden spoon handle.
  • Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk; pour over the cake to fill the holes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and chocolate pudding mix; whisk until fluffy.
  • Spread the whipped frosting over the pudding layer evenly with a spatula.
  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and sprinkle over the frosting to create a dirt layer.
  • Write 'R.I.P.' on Milano cookies with black gel icing and insert them into the cake as tombstones.
