  • Combine Ingredients: Add breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into uniform patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat the Skillet: In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the Patties: Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Drain Excess Oil: Transfer patties to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
