  • Stir in honey, orange juice, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Fill with brie cheese and spoon in the cranberry mixture.
  • Secure openings with toothpicks to keep the filling inside.
  • Sear each side of the stuffed chicken in a skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
