  • Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Assemble the Rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Place ¼ cup filling on one noodle end, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish. Repeat until all noodles are filled.
