  • Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until well incorporated, for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer the dip into a covered container and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • After chilling, stir the dip to ensure a smooth consistency. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with chopped walnuts, extra thyme, honey, and black pepper. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Notes

Use well-drained feta and chill the dip for better flavor melding. Adjust sweetness and try different herbs for variation.
