  • Wrap each chilled mozzarella stick with the dough strips, leaving a gap at the top for the eyes.
  • Brush each wrapped stick lightly with egg white for a golden color.
  • Refrigerate wrapped sticks for 30 minutes to firm up the dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Press two candy eyes into each stick while still warm.
