Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Steam or microwave the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool and chop into small pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Scoop out small portions and form into compact balls. Place on the baking sheet with space between each.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
