Ingredients
  

For the Tacos

  • 20–24 mini tortillas street taco corn tortillas for cradling the filling
  • 1 cup taco-seasoned shredded chicken may use pre-seasoned chicken
  • 1 cup melty cheese choose cheddar or Monterey Jack

Optional Add-Ons

  • 1 cup sour cream for creaminess
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup salsa for dipping or topping

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lay the corn tortillas on the baking sheet. Add a scoop of chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Allow the tacos to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet.
  • Garnish with cilantro or sour cream and serve warm with salsa.
