  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  • In your stand mixer, beat together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and white granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add in pure vanilla extract, molasses, and room temperature eggs. Mix until fully combined.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Chill the cookie dough for 15 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion out the chilled dough to form about 36 cookies, placing them on the baking sheets.
  • Bake the cookies for 8–9 minutes or until just set but still soft in the center. Allow to cool.
  • In a clean mixing bowl, beat together unsalted butter and marshmallow fluff until light and fluffy.
