Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Prepare the pumpkin by wrapping the pumpkin puree in paper towels or a clean tea towel. Gently squeeze to extract excess liquid.
  • Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and packed light brown sugar in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
