Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach packs in nutrients and gives vibrant color
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas natural sweetness and creaminess
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein boost
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup optional sweetness
  • ½ cup Milk any variety works

Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop: fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture. If it's not sweet enough, add more honey or maple syrup and blend again for another 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about a ¼-inch space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert sticks into the molds or cover tightly with aluminum foil and poke sticks through.
  • Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • To release the pops, run warm water over the molds for about 30 seconds before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, consider using frozen bananas. Avoid overfilling molds to prevent spills during freezing.
