  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush each corn tortilla with a light coat of cooking oil and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until crispy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning mix. Stir thoroughly.
  • Spread a layer of black beans over each crispy tortilla.
  • Add the chicken mixture on top of the black beans, spreading it evenly.
