  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 4 cups of apple juice, and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Then, add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ginger, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon of allspice. Blend on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
