Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and light brown sugar. Whisk until smooth, add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract, and whisk until airy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Fold this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and level it. Mix granulated sugar and remaining ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
