  • Start by peeling the ripe bananas, taking care not to bruise them. Cut each banana in half lengthwise, then slice each half into quarters.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine your banana pieces with olive oil, if desired, to enhance their sweetness and help them caramelize. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and brown sugar or honey, distributing evenly.
