  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk these dry ingredients together until well-blended. Create a well in the center and add canned pumpkin, eggs, and cream. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and creamy.
  • Place a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat, about 350°F. Allow it to warm for approximately 5 minutes. Lightly grease the surface with butter or oil.
