  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

For the Broccoli

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for drizzling

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  • Steam or blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth; season and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
  • Assemble by placing steamed broccoli in bowls and topping with sliced grilled chicken.
  • Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
