  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the meatballs in batches, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • Pour in beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and paprika. Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
