  • Pop the Corn: Add ½ cup of popcorn kernels, cover, and shake until popping rapidly begins.
  • Finish Popping the Corn: Remove from heat once popping slows to 3-5 seconds, and sprinkle with popcorn salt if desired.
  • Divide the Popcorn: Divide popcorn into three bowls, removing unpopped kernels for a colorful mixture.
  • Prepare the White Chocolate: In three bowls, place 2 cups of white chocolate and 1 teaspoon coconut oil each.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Microwave the first bowl for 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until melted and glossy.
