  • Begin by brewing 2 cups of chai tea using two tea bags or loose-leaf chai steeped in boiling water for about five minutes. Let it cool completely and refrigerate.
  • While the chai cools, blend ½ cup of fresh raspberries with 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  • Once the chai is chilled, pour it into a tall glass about halfway. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and the raspberry puree, then gently stir.
