Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Make the white chocolate filling by heating heavy cream, rose water extract, and sea salt until steaming. Stir in white chocolate chips and food coloring until smooth.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare the cupcake trays with liners.
  • Prepare the chocolate cake batter using black cocoa powder and black gel food coloring for richness.
  • Fill each cupcake liner with batter using a cookie scoop.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, rotating trays after 15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Make the black buttercream frosting by mixing black cocoa powder with the buttercream until well combined.
  • Once cooled, hollow out the center of each cupcake for the filling.
