  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until blended.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  • For the streusel, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter to form coarse crumbs.
  • Fill muffin cups ⅔ full with batter, then sprinkle streusel on top.
  • Bake muffins for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
