Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer.
  • Roast the cauliflower for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crisp and golden.
  • In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower if desired.
  • Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Ensure florets are well-spaced on the baking sheet to prevent steaming. Can also be made in an air fryer at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
