  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk until combined.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
