  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  • In another bowl, blend granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth, then add eggs and mix.
  • Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  • For the swirl, mix powdered sugar, honey, cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the pan, drizzle half of the swirl mixture over it, then repeat.
  • Use a knife to swirl the batter gently for a marbled effect, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
