Preparation Steps

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter for easy access.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until even.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the butter mixture into the bowl with your dry ingredients and fold until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  • Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, placing on a parchment-lined sheet.
  • Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
