For the Pork

For the Sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Marinate the pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions for 3-5 minutes, then drain.
  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir-fry the marinated pork for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add cabbage and mushrooms, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Add the cooked noodles and toss everything for 2 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, stir for an additional minute.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best texture, opt for fresh thick noodles and avoid over-cooking.
