  • If using canned corn, drain and rinse it. For frozen corn, thaw completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, minced garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Optional: Sprinkle additional mozzarella or parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
