Step-by-Step Instructions for Turkey Burger

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Mix gently until just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 1 inch thick.
