  • Bring chicken broth to a boil, then add uncooked pasta. Cover slightly and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After 10 minutes, stir in heavy cream and cooked chicken. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  • Turn off the heat, fold in spinach and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until spinach wilts.
