  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust according to taste
  • 1 pinch Salt

Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon Skin on or off

Cedar Plank

  • 2 pieces Cedar planks Soaked in water for 30 minutes

Optional Garnishes

  • 1 slices Lemon For serving
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill For garnish

Preparation Steps
