Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine lemon slices, sugar, fresh mint, fresh rosemary, and vanilla seeds. Massage mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Strain the mixture over a bowl to extract the juice. Press the lemon slices to ensure maximum juice is collected.
  • Transfer the juice concentrate to a pitcher and add cold water, stirring well to combine.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint or rosemary sprigs.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days. Freeze in ice cube trays for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before using.
