  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Almond Butter Peanut butter can be substituted

For Decoration

  • 12 pieces Mini Marshmallows Use red ones for Rudolph
  • 24 pieces Chocolate Chips
  • 12 pieces Candy Eyes
  • 12 pieces Pretzel Antlers Use twisted pretzels

Optional Toppings

  • ¼ cup Sprinkles Festive color
  • ½ cup White Chocolate For drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and almond butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  • Roll mixture into small balls about the size of a golf ball and flatten them to about half an inch thick.
  • Chill the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Insert two pretzels into the top of each cookie to create antlers.
  • Press two chocolate chips on each cookie for eyes and a red mini marshmallow for the nose.
  • Optionally drizzle with white chocolate or sprinkle with festive sprinkles for extra cheer.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For a firmer texture, refrigerate them for up to a week.
