  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23 x 33 cm (9×13 inch) baking dish with butter.
  • In a deep skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Return the skillet to heat, add the diced onion and green bell pepper, and sauté for 5-8 minutes until the onion is translucent.
