Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Brew the Tea: Boil ½ cup of water, steep black tea for 3-5 minutes, then cool.
  • Cook the Boba: Boil water, add tapioca pearls, cook as per package directions, rinse and soak in brown sugar.
  • Prepare the Fruit Base: Mash ½ cup of raspberries in a bowl until juicy.
  • Assemble the Mocktail: In a glass, pour cooled tea, add raspberry mash and brown sugar syrup, then ice. Top with sparkling water.
  • Add Boba and Color: Spoon in boba pearls and add food coloring if desired, stir gently.
  • Garnish and Serve: Top with raspberries and a lemon or lime slice, serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge. Freeze raspberry mash for longer storage.
