  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown and tender.
  • Once your mushrooms are beautifully browned, stir in the minced garlic. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and toss gently with the mushrooms for about 2-3 minutes.
