  • Finely chop the 4 stalks of green onions into small, even pieces.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and set aside.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons of scallion-infused oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped green onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
