  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your equipment.
  • In a large pot, boil water and cook the lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara on the bottom of your baking dish. Roll up each noodle with the cheese-spinach mixture.
  • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
