Ingredients
  

Marinade

Kabobs

  • 200 g top sirloin steak cut into uniform chunks
  • 3 pieces bell peppers mix colors (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 medium onion preferably red for milder taste

  • Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and fajita seasoning in a small measuring cup.
  • Cut top sirloin steak into chunks and marinate with the prepared marinade for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat (around 350°F / 175°C) for even cooking.
  • Skewer marinated steak pieces alternately with colorful bell peppers and onions.
  • Cook kabobs on the grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally for even browning.
  • Let the grilled kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
