  • Cut fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Create a breading station with one bowl of flour mixed with a pinch of salt and another with beaten eggs. Coat the chicken pieces in egg, then flour.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, around 350°F.
  • Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches for about 4-5 minutes per side until deep golden brown.
  • In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and ginger powder. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
