  • On a clean countertop, arrange three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with spices.
  • Coat marinated fish strips in flour, dip in egg, and roll in seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
  • In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, remaining lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and season to taste to prepare the slaw.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the coated fish strips for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
